Cambodia Edition · Spring 2027
Iyengar Yoga in the Land of Angkor
A week of Iyengar Yoga, culture and discovery in the heart of Cambodia.
This retreat invites you to practice and to discover a country from within.
For seven days, your mornings are dedicated to authentic Iyengar Yoga. Through precise instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and personalized guidance, you will deepen your practice while building strength, stability, confidence, and ease.
Your afternoons lead you beyond the mat and into the heart of Cambodia. You'll meet local people, experience everyday life, discover Khmer traditions, and explore the enduring legacy of Angkor — not simply as an ancient wonder, but as a civilization whose values still resonate today.
Guiding this journey is Delphine Vann — Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, coach, and humanitarian professional. Born of Khmer heritage and raised between cultures, she welcomes you not as a tour guide, but as someone sharing a country that is deeply woven into her own story.
The result is more than a retreat. It is a meeting of two traditions. One teaches through the body — cultivating strength, balance, attention and confidence through Iyengar Yoga. The other teaches through culture — inviting curiosity, perspective and a deeper appreciation of Cambodia's living heritage. Together, they create an experience that stays with you long after you return home.
You don't just visit this country. You let it teach you.
